Shipping and Returns

A few practical notes from behind the door.

Shipping

US orders ship free, with tracking, via USPS or UPS. We ship internationally too: international shipping is paid at checkout, may arrive without tracking, and any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. If your country isn't available at checkout, write to hello@rushway.com.

Returns & exchanges

If it's not quite right, return or exchange within 14 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Email hello@rushway.com with your name, order number, and whether you'd like a return or exchange.

US orders can use our prepaid USPS label (we deduct $8 from your refund) or ship it back themselves; international orders use their own label. Once we reply, send your item back within 3 business days — we'll inspect within 10 days of arrival and process your refund or exchange, and US exchanges ship back to you free.
