Free Shipping to USA on All Pre-Orders

Our Policies

Below are our policies and protocols for shipping, returns and exchanges in the USA and abroad. As always, feel free to drop us a line at hello@rushway.com if you have any questions.

Shipping

Clothes purchased during our winter 2020 launch campaign will be made-to-order in our small garment factory in New York City following the conclusion of the campaign. They are expected to ship in April 2021.

USA ORDERS: All domestic USA orders qualify for free standard shipping and a tracking number will be provided. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS).

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF USA) ORDERS: We ship to most countries, but if you are not able to ship to your country during checkout, please contact us at hello@rushway.com. The customer will pay for all international shipping costs. Depending on your country, your item might ship without tracking. Please note that Rushway is not responsible for any applicable tax and duty fees which may arise. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon delivery. If packages are rejected and sent back to us, any fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns + Exchanges

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, so we always suggest that you take your measurements and review our sizing information before making a purchase. Email us if you have any questions at hello@rushway.com, and we’ll be happy to help you pick the perfect item.

We are a small team that truly wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please send it back if you are not, and we will issue you a refund or exchange. For USA ORDERS, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once your request is approved. For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, all shipping including return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges are only accepted for brand-new, unworn, and unwashed items. To request a return or exchange, email hello@rushway.com within 7 days of your item(s) being delivered.

When contacted to request a refund or exchange and it falls within our guidelines, we will send you an email within 3 business days with instructions and ask you to send the item back to us within 3 business days of our email reply. If the item is not sent within 3 business days, the request will be voided. Within 10 days of receiving your return, we will inspect it, notify you via email, and process your refund or exchange. For exchanges, we will gladly ship your new item within the USA at no cost.
